Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Clubsapart Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use clubsapart.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What is your goal?

We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

What steps do you take?

To support access, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page layout
  • Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Make the site workable with a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label form fields clearly

Where might it fall short?

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

What if a page is hard to use?

You can still get help. Request a callback to talk with a plumber, or email contact@clubsapart.living and we will do our part to assist.

Can I send feedback?

Yes, please do. Email contact@clubsapart.living and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Is this finished?

No. Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
