Do you do the plumbing work?

No. Clubsapart Plumbing is a referral and marketing service that links homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not carry out emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing job. If someone works in your home, it is an independent provider, not Clubsapart Plumbing.

Is a referral an endorsement?

No. Being connected with a provider does not mean we vouch for them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work, or that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

Is this site professional advice?

It is general information only, not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Plumbing problems differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified plumber about your own situation.

Can I rely on the cost figures?

Treat them as typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, location, materials, time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

What about insurance?

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

What if it is not safe?

Plumbing trouble can involve electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and contaminated wastewater. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the home and phone your gas utility from outside. If you think life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
